Simple, fast, healthy and yummy breakfast - Flax seed mulffin

Use one Coffee Mug, add

1/4 cup (=4 tbsp) flax seed meal (I bought from Costco)

or

2tbsp flax seed + 2tbsp Almond flour meal (I bought from Trader Joe)

+ 1/2tsp Baking powder

+ 1tsp Cinnamon

+ 1 egg

+ 1 tsp olive oil

+ 3 pack of Stevia powder (1g/pack)

+ tossed some chopped pecan or walnuts or sunflower seeds (optional)

mix them all together well, Microwave high power for 1 min. Done!

Eat with coffee or tea, not only healthy but also taste pretty good!
